Ignelis is designed so we can't betray you even if we wanted to. We don't hold your funds, we don't log your activity, and we don't track who you are.
We do not store IP addresses, device fingerprints, browsing history, page visits, click trails, or any analytics tied to a user. Server access logs are written to /dev/null in production.
Ignelis is fully non-custodial. Every transaction is signed inside your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, etc.). Ignelis never holds, transfers, or has access to your private keys at any point.
The only data we keep is what's strictly necessary to deliver the product: launch metadata you publicly attach to your token (name, symbol, logo), referral codes, and aggregate, non-identifiable counters. Nothing else.
No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No Hotjar. No advertising SDKs. No cross-site tracking cookies. Nothing follows you from Ignelis to anywhere else on the internet.
Because we don't collect personal data, there's effectively nothing to erase. If you've opened a support ticket and want it deleted, email privacy@ignelis.app and it's gone within 24 hours.
